Refunds and Returns

We do accept refunds and returns only if the product/s never ships or never arrives. There must be ample evidence that allows all parties to evaluate and come to a clear conclusion that a refund and return is A)possible and B) Warranted. This means that if an order is processed and the package is shipped with tracking provided, and tracking shows the package arrived than there is NO refund possible due to the certain carrier acknowledging proper drop off of goods. If a item needs to be shipped back, the customer takes on the added shipping charges plus a handling fee of $10.
